Leonardo DiCaprio in Django Unchained

Leonardo DiCaprio is in negotiations to star in Django Unchained for Quentin Tarantino.
The story casts DiCaprio as the film’s villain, Calvin Candie, who operates a Mississippi plantation called Candyland where he pits male slaves against each other in brutal fights to the death when he isn’t busy sexually exploiting female slaves. Other names being considered for the movie include Will Smith, Christoph Waltz and Samuel L. Jackson.
DiCaprio returns to theaters later this year playing the title role in Clint Eastwood’s J. Edgar.
