Bea-have! Leo kisses blushing princess

Beatrice and Leonardo DiCaprio
Close encounters: Beatrice and Leonardo DiCaprio
It isn't every day that you are kissed by a Hollywood heartthrob - even when you are a princess.
The Duchess of York's elder daughter Beatrice reacted much like any 16-year-old girl would when meeting  Leonardo Dicaprio at the premiere of The Aviator yesterday.
The blushing Beatrice let out a 'Crikey!' as 30-year-old DiCaprio stooped to deliver his peck on the cheek.
Her 14-year-old sister Eugenie looked equally overawed by the superstar attention.
Blushing
Unlike many of the girls in the 3,000-strong crowd outside the Odeon Leicester Square, the teenage royals - who were accompanied by their mother - could not allow themselves a scream.
DiCaprio, who spent around 30 minutes signing autographs, has been tipped to win his first Oscar for his role in Martin Scorsese's epic about the life of the eccentric tycoon Howard Hughes.
Asked about the Academy Awards, DiCaprio said: "Something to recognise the film would be great."
Questioned on his own chances, he replied: "I'm just talking about a nomination. I'm just being honest in saying that anyone who says they wouldn't want to be nominated is full of you know what."
The movie, which cost around £60million and recreates Hollywood's golden era of the 1930s and 1940s, has already received six Golden Globe nominations.
Oscar nomination
DiCaprio's two co-stars, Cate Blanchett and Kate Beckinsale, were also at the premiere. Miss Beckinsale said of having to pile on 20lb for her role as Ava Gardner: "I did it just eating chocolate - the fashion back then was just to be more robust, they liked the more voluptuous women. My husband was very nice about it."
The 31-year-old actress looked stunning in a white and gold chiffon gown by Oscar de la Renta. She braved the cold at first before crying: "I'm freezing!" and covering up in a cream fur coat.
Miss Beckinsale, who lives in Hollywood with director husband Len Wiseman, said: "I love being back here. It's so nice to be home - the thing I really miss is M&S."
At the U.S. premiere of The Aviator last week, Miss Beckinsale had a layered straight haircut similar to Jennifer Aniston when she played Rachel in Friends.
Ringing the changes, she yesterday unveiled a new curly style, partly tied up at the back.
Miss Blanchett, who was wearing a sheer polka dot dress by Yves St Laurent, plays Katharine Hepburn.
She said of DiCaprio's reception: "I thought they were screaming at me, but then I turned round and saw Leo was behind me - that's a bit of a reality check."
