Fans of blockbuster movie Titanic would be forgiven for thinking Leonardo Dicaprio would be sick of his famous pose on the bridge of the ill-fated ship. But the Hollywood heartthrob re-enacted his arm stretched position while on holiday in Ibiza with his model girlfriend Bar Rafaeli. The couple were staying with supermodel Naomi Campbell and her Russian billionaire boyfriend Vladimir Doronin.
