Rose Byrne joins Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn in comedy The Internship

Shawn Levy’s comedy The Internship, his follow-up to rock ‘em sock ‘em robots pic Real Steel, has just added Rose Byrne to its cast
Though Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig deservedly garnered the headlines and appreciation for last year’s Brides
maids, for us, Rose Byrne was every bit as great in the film, and arguably, had a harder role to pull off in competitive, unlikeable, nouveau riche Helen. It’s good news then, for our fellow Rose Byrne fans that she’s been added to Shawn Levy’s new Vince Vaughn-penned comedy, The Internship.
Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn play a couple of forty-somethings who’ve been downsized professionally and have to start from the bottom up interning for a web company where their managers are half their age, a premise with plenty of potential. Byrne’s role is that of a manager who gets romantically entangled with Wilson’s character.
