I am Clara, originally from Spain, but spent a semester abroad in China on University of Nottingham Ningbo. As a student there I benefited from many things that I couldn’t have possibily learned in my home university. Studying abroad is a decision that requires courage. Even more, if it’s in a foreign country with a very different culture than yours. I think there are many things to take away from China. From culture, to future job perspectives and of course achiving a higher level of mandarin I guess that most people try to work or study in China due to job opportunities.
